Balboa Therapy Group is ceasing operations effective November 30, 2026. Our therapists are continuing their practices independently, so current clients can keep seeing the same therapist with no interruption in care. Your therapist will contact you directly about anything you need to do.

Your records
Each therapist is now the custodian of the records for the clients they worked with, including people who contacted us about starting therapy. Your records will stay confidential and will be kept for as long as California law requires.
To request a copy of your records, or with any questions about them, contact your therapist directly. If you're not sure who has your records, contact either therapist and they'll point you in the right direction.
Billing questions
The Balboa Therapy Group client portal is available until January 12, 2027. Sign in there to pay a balance or to download your statements and superbills. Please save any documents you want to keep before the portal closes.
For questions about a bill for sessions before December 1, 2026, email hello@balboatherapygroup.com. Please don't include health details in email.
